A booking fee is required to confirm all appointments, and this amount will be deducted from the total cost of your service. Please note that booking fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstance, including cancellations or no-shows, and must be paid online when booking. At your appointment, you may pay the remaining balance by cash or card; however, if you choose to pay in cash, please be aware that no change will be available. All service payments are non-refundable. If your nails are damaged within less than one week, I do offer fix-ups, but any damage occurring after two weeks will not be eligible for repair.

If you arrive more than fifteen minutes late to your appointment, it will be automatically cancelled. Failure to cancel or notify me that you cannot arrive within this fifteen-minute window will result in being marked as a no-show, and the remaining balance of the service will be charged.

Booking fees are only refundable if I am unable to carry out your appointment due to illness or emergencies. In this situation, you may choose to reschedule, have your booking fee converted into credit for a future appointment, or receive a refund of the booking fee.

A 50% booking fee is required for all bookings, with the exception of gold or white tooth charm appointments.

Please do not arrive to your appointment if you are feeling unwell. As your beauty tech, I live with chronic illnesses and can experience severe reactions to common diseases, so this rule is taken very seriously. You are welcome to reschedule at any time, and I will always understand. If you arrive while sick, contagious, or knowingly exposed to an illness, you will be asked to leave and given a warning. If this happens again, or if you return while unwell or put my health at risk, you will be asked to leave once more and will not be allowed to book future appointments. Guests are welcome during your appointment, but please send me a message or leave a note when booking so I can prepare. All appointments must be made through my booking site, as I do not manually enter bookings; this ensures I have accurate information regarding allergies and emergency details. Any form of physical or verbal abuse will not be tolerated, and anyone displaying such behaviour will be asked to leave and will not be permitted to return. If payment is refused, the card on file will be charged and future bookings will be blocked. For safety purposes, please be aware that security cameras are located around the property and inside the beauty room.
